Yosemite in the Spring

We really enjoyed going to Yosemite last week and stayed there two nights. Hunter and Gwen really look forward to camping. On the way, we first visited the Sun-maid raisin plant in Selma, California. Then we visited the large Sequoia trees just inside Yosemite.
We wanted to go to Yosemite in the Spring because we had heard that the water falls would be large, and they were. The rivers were full and in some places looked a little dangerous. The dogwood trees were also blooming, which was very exciting for Marianne. It was unusually warm this April and the park was not very crowded. We went on short walks and Hunter and Gwen also liked riding in the buses. They like everything about camping.
We also included a picture of Kathy's new dog, Mia. We stayed with Kathy one night on the way up and on the way back.  Hunter and Gwen like visiting their cousins.

Great Yosemite pics, Marianne! I can't wait to go back again sometime and bring Addison -- still scared about the camping thing, though. You'll have to tell me more about how you manage to get any sleep :)
