Thanksgiving and Christmas 2007

We had a wonderful time at Yosemite and its white blanket of snow. We spent Christmas Eve with Kathy and family. At home we visited apple orchards near the Redlands Temple and bought some apple cider.

We visited the Smiths and got to know their neighborhood. We had a great family outing at a mexican restaurant and then watched the new 'Enchanted' movie. We exchanged gifts and had a lot of laughs from our new 'Cranium' board game we received. We were there to see the arrival of their new sofa sectional. We highly recommend their king-size bed in their guest room with the 400 thread count sheets.

Marianne's family visited us for Thanksgiving and we had a nice visit. We went to Disneyland and got passports for the next year. Frank and Amy were kind to cook the turkey and we enjoyed Mom's homemade pumpkin pie which she made from squash she brought down in her suitcase. Dad increased the height of our interior doors for our bedroom shag carpet, helped assemble our crib (Marianne is expecting our first child in June) and fixed our sliding screen door. Frank took some of us to visit the Midway aircraft carrier museum in San Diego.

Friday we ate at Rainforest Cafe.
